In our vision all products will inevitably be online. M2M is the science of how to, by using wireless technology, improve businesses by turning products into smart services online.
The term M2M means machine-to-machine communication. It is all about connecting assets, devices or machines to business applications using wireless technology. Combining two world-wide standards as GSM and Internet, these devices can be connected in a ubiquitous network giving an online 2-way communication between the device and the business application.

Devices can be anything from a heavy machinery worth millions, a parking meter worth tens of thousands down to an electric meter worth a couple of hundreds. They can all benefit from being online.
