Maingate announces the launch of the m2m Global Alliance. The Alliance enables enterprises and Application Service Providers to expand their business in overseas markets, previously only available through roaming or expensive-to-support individual agreements in expanded international markets.

The m2m Global Alliance, a network of international specialized regional machine-to-machine (M2M) service providers focused on delivering national network services across the globe, today announced the formation of its global M2M wireless network. Comprised of dedicated M2M service providers located in North America, Australia, UK, the Netherlands and Scandinavia, in addition to over 150 further roaming markets, the m2mGlobal Alliance provides a unified, seamless network for delivering M2M applications across the globe. Founder members are KORE Telematics Inc, Maingate AB, Mach Communications Ltd and Vianet Ltd.

The foundation of the m2m Global Alliance is to offer highly reliable and direct operator connected M2M network services in leading worldwide markets where the Alliances founders provides the transparent delivery of GSM M2M connectivity solutions. Through the alliance and its founding members Application Service Providers and global enterprises have access to a reliable and cost efficient infrastructure on which to offer their M2M applications services upon, globally.
