Maingate’s communications products are based on our own M2M subscription, which provides accessibility to the GSM net around the world. With the help of Maingate’s M2M-adapted SIM card and logistics management the machine can be equipped with a subscription that can be easily provisioned, tested and activated. M2M Subscription enables communication GPRS and SMS based communication, while administration and invoicing of services occurs in a way that is adapted for corporate customers.

In order to create two-way IP-communication between machine and a central application, an IP Connect access product is used to equip each machine with a private, fixed IP-address. Thanks to this IP address, communication is enabled based on standardized and established Internet protocols.

In addition to the IP-traffic Maingate offers the opportunity to enable communication between machine and applications via SMS with the help of the SMS Connect product. Each customer is given their own dedicated account in Maingate’s SMS-C (Message Center) to send and receive SMS’ from their machines.

In addition to our standard products we offer customer unique special functions. For example, this can involve development of communications functions for monitoring, adaptation to logistic process and invoicing routines. In this way, customers are provided a communications solution that is optimally adapted to their own activities.
