“ISO 9001, version 2008, was newly launched last December and we are proud to be the first Swedish telecoms company to win certification,” says Camilla Cullefors, head of process and quality at Maingate.

This is reflected primarily through continuous improvement being an integral part of every day work. That is why Maingate measures everything that can impact what is delivered to a customer. The independent controller that reviewed and awarded Maingate its ISO certification is Det Norske Veritas. The certification encompassed Wireless Maingate Nordic AB and IMEZ AB, which mean that all offices from Karlskrona to Stockholm, Oslo and Amsterdam are encompassed by the certification.
