A critical factor for all commercial M2M-solutions is that it is backed up by qualified and efficient support. For all the products, services and customer-specific solutions that Maingate offers, we provide technical, administrative and logistical support by competent personnel who have many years experience of the special requirements of M2M and total understanding of each specific customer solution. Amongst other things, the Maingate Help Desk manages support enabling Maingate’s products and services to be used in the best possible way and encompassing the ordering of new services or SIM cards, invoicing questions, management of fault reports and information about operational disruptions.
In addition to the Maingate Help Desk, Maingate also offers customers the opportunity to administer and manage their products and services themselves via Maingate Manager. This web-based customer portal provides access to administration and follow-up via the Internet. Thanks to Maingate Manager, our customers can; order, activate and block SIM cards, activate cards during a test period as well as exchange services on cards. Customers even have the possibility to create and subscribe to different reports across their total installation.
Maingate’s invoicing is also adapted to the needs of industrial customers. Via Maingate Manager it is possible to see invoicing information, usage of every SIM card and implement follow up of costs. There is the possibility to create new cost centers and move subscriptions between them. All geared to create the greatest possible flexibility and simplify follow-up and onward invoicing.
The information that is available in Maingate Manager can even be saved in a file to be used as a platform for internal logistic or invoicing system.
